פרק 157 - שיעור בכניעה עם יואב אסא

יואב אסא הוא איש חינוך ויזם חינוכי, עומד בראש הארגון "אסא אותי לוחם" העוסק בהכנת תלמידי תיכון, לשירות צבאי משמעותי ביחידות המובחרות של צה"ל מזה למעלה מ- 20 שנים. הוא מוגדר כנס רפואי לאחר שהחלים מארוע התחשמלות מקו מתח גבוה, בו נשרף ב-70% מגופו, במהלך אימון הכנה לקראת הגיוס שהעביר לקבוצת נערים. בשיחתנו יואב משתף בדרך שעשה וגם: על רגע ההתחשמלות על הרגעים לאחר התאונה בהם לא רצה להמשיך לחיות על תהליך ההחלמה וההתמודדות המנטאלית והרגשית מה היה השיח הפנימי שהחזיק בו והציל אותו כיצד תפיסת הזהות העצמית שלו השתנתה בעקבות התאונה על משברים, אתגרים מורכבים בחיים והמתנות שלהם לחיים שלנו מדוע חשוב לפעמים להיכנע ולהתמסר למה שהחיים מביאים לנו מתי העשייה נכונה ומקדמת אותנו ומתי היא יכולה לפגוע ולהפריע לנו על מסע המודעות והנזירות שעשה בתקופת התיכון
