פרק 150 – הגיע הזמן להתאורר עם מיקי אלון

מיקי אלון

מיקי אלון היא עורכת דין במקצועה, שימשה כדירקטורית בבתי השקעות ומלווה עסקית מזה שנים רבות. לפני 25 שנים נפתחה לה יכולת התקשור ומאז היא מקבלת מידע ומסרים ומשמשת גם כיועצת סתרים לאנשי עסקים בכירים.

שנת שמיטה

אנחנו רגע לפני השנה החדשה, ועבור הרבה אנשים שנמצאים בעולמות ההתפתחות האישית והאימון, תחילתה של שנה חדשה היא תמיד הזדמנות לעצור ולהגדיר לעצמנו מטרות חדשות, ליצור תוכניות עבודה לשנה החדשה, לאתגר את עצמנו עם יעדים חדשים.

וזה מעולה. אני חושב שזה תמיד טוב לבחון את המקום שאנו נמצאים בו ולאתגר את עצמנו למקום חדש. זו המהות של התפתחות בעיני. להתקדם, מיום ליום, משנה לשנה. להפוך היום להיות קצת יותר בטוב ממה שהייתי אתמול.

בימים האחרונים, יצא לי לחשוב על כך שהשנה האחרונה, עבורי, היתה סוג של "שנת שמיטה". שנה שבה דווקא לא הצבתי לי מטרות ויעדים לשנה החדשה כמו תמיד.

ראשית קבלו את ערן שטרן, מאבות ההתפתחות האישית בישראל, אשר מזה 20 שנים מלווה אנשים ועסקים. באופן אישי, ערן מלווה גם אותי מתחילת דרכי ועד היום.

שנית – קבלו את תומר שטרן.
הוא רק בן 23, וכבר ממצב את עצמו כאיש עסקים מצליח, תומר וערן ייסדו ביחד את "ווידו" – החברה המובילה להפקת פודקאסטים בישראל.
מעבר לכך, הוא אישיות צבעונית, מנוע חזק של אנרגיות, רעיונות, סיסטמות ואיש עבודה רציני.
